BP2P is a reentry and empowerment program for youth (ages 17–25) transitioning from incarceration, foster care, and system involvement. We provide safe housing, workforce training, and trauma-informed healing to support the journey from surviving to thriving.

OUR MISSION

VISION

Empowered communities achieved through holistic growth and sustainable prosperity for young adults transitioning from system involvement.

Core Values

  • Empowerment – Enabling independence through personal development.

  • Inclusivity – Valuing diversity and ensuring equitable resource access.

  • Resilience – Building inner strength to overcome adversity.

  • Community – Creating networks of mutual support and encouragement.

BP2P Approach

Our Core Principles:

  • Housing First: Safe, stable living environments are the foundation of long-term success.

  • Purposeful Living: We help each participant tap into their unique strengths and passions.

  • Equity & Empowerment: Every program is trauma-informed, culturally competent, and rooted in justice.

  • Community: Prosperity is not achieved in isolation. We build networks of mentors, partners, and peers who walk the journey together.

Simple steps

We start with what matters most: safety, structure, and trust. Every plan is practical, youth-centered, and designed to remove barriers—one document, one routine, one win at a time.

Lasting impact

We build with integrity, measure what works, and stay grounded in long-term outcomes—stable housing, stronger employment pathways, and reduced system re-entry. We partner with the community, listen to participant voice, and keep our focus on sustainable prosperity.
