On'Rea Knox-Lewis:

Founder and Visionary of Beyond Pathways 2 Prosperity (BP2P)

On'Rea Knox-Lewis is a passionate and driven community leader based in Kansas City, Missouri. With a background in Construction Management and extensive experience in various industries, including solar energy, business development, and nonprofit work, On'Rea brings a unique blend of practical skills and compassionate leadership to her work.

Her journey toward founding Beyond Pathways 2 Prosperity began with a deeply personal motivation. In April 2023, she responded to a call for action for young adults aging out of foster care, inspired by the experience of her close friend, G. Kendrick, who lost custody of her four children. Witnessing the challenges faced by these young individuals as they transitioned out of foster care, On'Rea saw an opportunity to make a difference. This led her to establish BP2P, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young adults and guiding them on a path toward self-sufficiency and prosperity.

On'Rea’s career reflects her dedication to helping others and improving systems. She serves on the Board of Directors for Operation Liberation, where she has contributed to optimizing operational strategies, developing strong vendor relationships, and enhancing organizational performance. Additionally, her role as a House Manager at Sisters in Christ has allowed her to directly impact individuals in recovery by creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents.

Throughout her varied career, On'Rea has developed skills in leadership, project management, customer service, and program coordination. She has certifications in asbestos and lead abatement, first aid, and CPR, as well as extensive experience with CRM systems and administrative management. Her work is characterized by a focus on team empowerment, efficiency, and a commitment to personal and professional integrity.

With BP2P, On'Rea Knox-Lewis combines her diverse experience and heartfelt commitment to provide young adults with the resources, mentorship, and community support they need to overcome obstacles and thrive.
